Be prepared to wait a long time. Very slow drive-thru service on repeated occasions. For example, waiting in my car for 15 minutes when only two cars are before me.

Friendly & helpful. Could use more help when the line is long to cut down on wait time.

I unfortunately switched here. I have not received a full prescription on the day it was due to be filled yet. Doesn’t matter what type of medicine. They don’t have it. Then they miraculously can get it in 2 to 5 days. While I run out due to the FDA labeling everything as a “controlled substance”. Yeah. It’s a prescription. That’s controlled. Rude pharmacist blamed the FDA. They won’t let her keep a supply. Mismanagement isn’t the FDA. If I know enough that my prescription is due every 28 days or 90 days. Shouldn’t they be able to forecast. I don’t know maybe using a computer. !!! Switching again

Meijer pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy. They don't treat you like a number, they communicate with you, explain things to you, and just smiles alone are enough to make me feel comfortable.

This pharmacy is such a joke. Every time an antibiotic is prescribed they always send it out to be filled by central fill, even though that is against meijer pharmacy policy and they have it on hand. I’m always having to come back several times when I'm told meds will be ready and then come to find out they aren’t at all.

Have not been impressed with the pharmacy the last couple of times. Two times ago they ordered the wrong medicine, said they didn’t know if they could get the one that I originally ordered, didn’t even offer to check. Second time my doctors office said they called in a prescription but the pharmacy said they didn’t get it and the doctors office had to send it again. And then apparently what I was supposed to receive went to someone else since they said originally they had it but then didn’t anymore. Oh how I love a wasted trip with kids in the car with me!

Everyone has always been so helpful! Shawn helped figure out what I can do when there was an antibiotic shortage.

2 different times I've had to wait 15-45 minutes for my prescription that was ordered in, its more annoying than it sounds. The first time was last month when I was prescribed 2 new meds; I called and they said they'd be ready after 5pm. I go at 6pm and they're not ready, they're telling me the meds won't be in till tomorrow, and that my insurance doesn't cover it. I said my insurance does because I was on this before and made sure they covered them, and I was told my meds would be in tonight. The lady said "well if they're something you need before late tomorrow then I can have them ready in 20 minutes." I said yes because I work the next 3 days so I can't come here, do you need my insurance med card, she said no she found me in the system. I go back 30 min later and she said my meds would be $500! I said what about insurance? They said mine doesn't cover it. They said nevermind we think we did something wrong let us change some stuff and rerun the order, come back in 10. I go back 10 min later and they said okay we can only do a 30 day supply vs the 90 to have insurance cover it. I was like whatever as long as I have it.Then she asked for my insurance because it still was saying my insurance wouldn't cover it, turns out she didn't make sure my info was updated. Even though i was in the system, she should've made sure it was all correct and updated. After she finally put in my insurance info everything was okay and I got my meds after almost an hour of waiting. Fast forward a month and I refill both prescriptions (giving meijer the benefit of a doubt, my mistake), I'm told both will be done the next day after 2pm. I go at 6:30pm the next day and neither are filled and she said the one med won't be in for 2 days. I said this happened last time, I was told my meds would both be ready after 2p.m. This worker said "well if you need them tonight we can have them both filled in 15-20 min. " I told her yes I need them filled that is why I put in the refill request. Why would they tell me they can't fill it because then ask if it's important and needs filled right then, then they finally fill it? Moral of this long story, I'm never coming back here.
