As we are waiting in line at the new Starbucks next to this storage unit the driver for the storage company in the blue pick up starts beeping at people because the line for Starbucks is backed up and he couldn't get through to the storage unit for literally 3 minutes! He then revs his truck and floors it passed people and gets out to confront someone in the Starbucks drive through. There was also a women yelling at the people saying "you have to go around the building for the drive thru" how about you stop yelling at cars and be patient for 2.5 seconds. Very unprofessional and he obviously has a bad temperament. Wouldn't want to take my business to someone like that! No thank you!

I used JCB for storage for two decades. I highly recommend them. From start to finish I never had any problem. JCB has always been reasonably priced, clean, well-maintained, and the staff was accessible if needed.
