We got into a car accident on Sunday night totaled out my car. On Tuesday we walked into Auto West and walked out with a new to me car. We worked with Marty and he was an absolute joy to work with. Man I cracked so many jokes. He actually laughed at all of them. Ha. I had a blast working with him, he was absolutely, amazing. All of the guys and one gal were such a delight. I will definitely be making a return trip. Thank you for the blessings you bestowed on my family today. Thank you so much!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Worst dealership ever! I had excellent credit but they still chose to do TEN hard credit hits in less than four months. Sold us a truck and did not honour repairs that were written right on the sales contract. They would not offer an extended warranty and motor seized within three months. Tried to explore refinancing a replacement vehicle and they kept $300 for vehicle registration when I do not even own that vehicle (which was then sold to someone else). Owner is very unprofessional and sent me threatening texts that I was forced to report to the BBB. They now have a file on him for his unresponsiveness.

My salesman was Marty. This was honestly the easiest I’ve bought a car and probably one of the cheapest when it came to total price. Marty did his best to make sure I was comfortable with making the decision and helped with a reasonable down payment. I didn’t have to use it but he also mentioned a cheap insurance to use if I didn’t have any already.
