“The Maintenance Crew are Amazing !! I had Tim come the last few times and he's always friendly Efficient and fast. I was on my way out to Walmart and he said he would be done before I got back and would lock the door. Came back within 25 mins or so and he was done and he did a beautiful job with the door !

“My husband and I signed a year lease about a year ago, and actually ended up resigned for the unit we had originally wanted. The complex is very quiet, and we have some pretty nice and courteous neighbors as well. The place is usually pretty quiet and peaceful, so I think it’s easy for people to get startled when there are kids being kids and having fun or families having a get together or a little party but nothing out of the ordinary. Maintenance is amazing, and even though management is not onsite the communication is pretty good although it could be more prompt, I asked a question about some charges that were added to my account about a week ago and have not heard back yet. We love seeing all of the pets that live here and feel pretty secure all around. The kitchens are comically small and my biggest pain point are those slat blinds but it’s an easy work around. Overall very happy to have found this place especially for Kalamazoo!”

“My mother lives there. The apartments are beautiful! It's the perfect answer for Seniors. There are many social events held in the Great Room. The maintenance team are promt to take care of problems.”
