Easy access to move in. I helped a friend. The units are large and have electrical. It was nice having a light as the sun was going down while we were moving her in.

We have been renting a storage unit from Big Brown Box for over four years. It offers gated security for piece of mind. They offer assorted size units each have electricity for lights and an outlet. There enclosed area is well kept and clean. Our unit offers an overhead door which you provide your own lock. We have had no problems with any type of rodents. Check them out if you every need a storage unit.

Can't say how great Big Brown is. We were looking for a storage unit and Big Brown stood out. They have really great pricing, they have cameras and great lighting to make you feel safe, and its nicely gated. We have always had outstanding customer service. Thank you <3

Location is perfect with close proximity to 131, access to the fully fenced facility is secure, but not problematic with your own personal security code.Grounds appear to be clean with newer structures, larger units, (10’X20’) have overhead roll-up lockable doors with an overhead light and outlet on a timer. One big positive for me was that the rental cost was significantly lower then competitors that I reviewed, which had equal-to or less quality of a facility and grounds then this one.Highly recommend.H. Great service, the office arranged an end of day visit to look at the storage units. Best prices in the area, easy to rent online. The units are great, site is completely secure and the area is well light.

Big Brown Storage is great! Secure and well lit facility.Was able to pull our truck right up to door. Reasonable rates! Manager is very helpful as well.

I have had storage here for several years, and am happy with the service. In the past year they shifted access from 24/7 to 6am-10pm, which is generally fine, but has the potential to cause a future issue. Overall very satisfied.

We have had storage units at Big Brown Storage for a few years now. The facility is well maintained and secure. Being able to pay your bill online is an added plus. We are very happy with Big Brown Storage.

We've been using Big Brown Storage for over a year now and love it. We have easy access to our unit 7 days a week, the security is topnotch, and the roadway is always cleared when it snows...which is nice when storing all of our Christmas decorations!

Very easy to rent online, good call and email responses, reasonable price. Good security w cameras and locked gate. Doors open to 7'10" which other storage tend to be 7'8". So far great experience.

If you're looking for a good price, reliable service, safe area, with cameras and good lighting this is it! Melissa was super helpful in helping me get into see the unit, gave price and CLEAR details over phone, and was able to book it as soon as I saw it over the phone which saved me time!!
