Used their units for 2 years now. Always had great service whenever I've needed something or had questions. Never any issues with the unit, flooding, mice, etc.

Great location and very secure. They also have great service here. The office attendant was beyond helpful getting my unit open after I lost the keys off my ring. Highly recommended!

I didn't rent my unit at this location, but this is where their main office is. The office manager Barbie was amazing. Great customer service! And I am very happy with the unit I did rent at their other location.

Barbie is awesome. I lost my key to my unit and the next thing you know she’s buzzing through my lock with a cutoff wheel. Very impressed with how quick she was to respond.

New Owners, New Nightmare. Ever since new owners took over, my rate increased by almost $30 in 3 months. I emailed, called and left multiple voicemails regarding them honoring my previous rate as they said they would speak with management and see if this was possible. After waiting for over 1 month for a response, I was told that they had no way of accessing their voicemails so that's why there had been no response regarding my inquiries. I found this to be super frustrating as I had no means of communicating with the facility and any attempt I made would result in no response from them. It's discomforting to think that you can live 2 hours away and have your things stored at a facility in which should you need something answered, there is no way to communicate with them. Your best bet is to drive directly to the location should you want a prompt response. In closing, the service is anything but desirable but the location, the cleanliness of the facility and the storage space you pay for is good.

New company recently bought this, been a nightmare since and it's only been a couple of months. I plan on paying $200-$300 to movers to switch facilities, the peace of mind will be worth it. Right now my account is paid in full, yet they have my possessions being held hostage refusing me access. Incredibly stressful to have to worry about a unit full of my family's possessions being stolen via incompetence or mistakes on their end. I'd find a different place to store your possessions, these people either don't care, or aren't good at what they do. Trust me, run.

Storage is storage but the phone system is hard to get thru if you can get someone to answer the phone your lucky..(edit)Owner called me back very promptly and cleared up all issues I had and even threw in some credit. Great service!! Bumped to 5 stars

I have had nothing but trouble since this company has taken over.I have been locked out twice for non payment, but I have been on auto pay since I signed up. I can never reach anyone, and I rarely see anyone in the office when I go by. The only way I get anyone to contact me about these issues, is by leaving a bad review... very frustrated!

Convenient location right off of West River Dr. This facility features an enterance gate, security cameras, and easy drive up storage units. The management has done a great job keeping it up.
