Everyone at the front desk I’ve had a good experience with. Dr. Melissa Smith is be far my preferred vet. She is personable and kind. She helped me through putting my 19yo cat to sleep. And recently she worked really well with my giant and intimidating gsd. The vet tech Spencer was also crucial in that appt going well. In previous appointments, the vet was unwilling to examine him.

We have recently switched vets and I am so impressed with Great Lakes. My dog Blitz is a mess with her allergies so we are usually frequent visitors with the vet. Dr. Miller was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was also non judgemental which is hard to find with any kind of doctor. I’m extremely impressed and glad I made the choice to switch vets.

On our first visit with our puppies they gave both puppies a free nail trim. They explained all the vaccinations the puppies needed and gave us additional resources to take home and learn more about nutrition, tick prevention, exercise etc. Overall we had a great experience and the staff was very friendly.

Great Lakes Hospital for Animals is so great to work with! They got my sick cat in same day twice in one week, saving us a trip to the emergency vet. They called me to check in after my appointment to make sure things were going well and I will for sure be taking my cat to them again!

Great Lakes Veterinary is the best I've ever been to! They literally saved my older puppy's life after diagnosing her with a rare auto immune condition which is life threatening. The docs continue to screen her which gives me incredible peace of mind!!!!

Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I quickly had an accurate diagnosis confirmed by X-ray and a treatment plan.
They were so gentle and skilled in handling our dog.

Dr. Cory Miller goes above and beyond for his patients and their owners. His compassion in his work is exceptional. His attention to care combined with his intelligence as a doctor is a rarity. My dog absolutely loves him. He is in the category of a rating higher than 5 stars!
