“Burt Waston Ford Pinconning is the place to go! My car had recently been totaled, and I was looking for a 4 door Bronco with a hard top. I had zero luck, and then I found Burt Watson. I called first thing in the morning, and Trevor picked up the phone. I told him my situation of needing a new car asap ( we were down to one car and 2 kids in school), that I didn't live near ( I was two hours away), and if I could start the paperwork before I even came. Trevor didn't hesitate, and told me no problem that we could get everything started before I even got there.
Once I got there I knew I made the right choice. Everyone at Burt Watson was friendly, and helpful. There was no huge sales pitch to buy the latest and greatest, and they just seemed to really care about our experience.
Trevor had most of our paper work ready when we arrived, it took no time to finish everything up. Trevor made us comfortable, laughed with us, and. he just felt like an ol' friend. Great experience, don't hesitate asking him to be your salesman.
Jess Elliott was also great in the processing department. Easy to talk to, and we shared lots of laughs as we finished getting our papers signed.
I've been to quite a few dealerships, and this one blows all the ones away near me. If it wasn't 2 hours away, I'd be going back for my oil changes.”

“This is probably the best place across michigan to go to for any vehicle repairs or even just advice.... I remember one time a couple years ago my vehicle was going to take longer than expected... And the older gentleman that owned it gave me a ride home because I was waiting for it to be done.... And offered to come and get me when it was done... Fast forward to years later now...
It's a week before the holiday weekend and steve had my van in and done ( 3 different services) in 2 days so I had a vehicle for the weekend...
Not just the work that they do but the morals and ethics behind the family and workers is exactly why we continue going back there!”
