“I was looking for a particular type of sedan and called Burt Watson Ford to inquire into one they were advertising online. Thankfully Aubrey answered my call and several of my questions as well as set a time to test drive the car to accommodate my travel from the Lansing area. When I arrived at the dealership, I found her warming the car for me which was incredibly considerate. She was professional, friendly and offered exceptional communication throughout the buying process even enlisting her teammates to address some of my concerns at one point and arranging for the vehicle to be delivered to my home. 5 stars doesn't seem to offer enough praise for Aubrey. She is phenomenal!”
