My wife’s car was recently totaled and Dean Moen helped us find a great Durango. Dean worked with us on pricing, allowed us to drive the vehicle enough to feel comfortable with it and talked us through all our options. We will be buying for Dean again in the future

I worked with Bill Miasel to find myself a new car. Bill was very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and showed me a used 2022 Jeep Compass. He was very accommodating, fast, and very attentive to my needs. Bill not only is a great salesman but he also connects with your on a personal level, he makes you feel like you have known him for years. He gave me all the information I needed and helped me make the decision to buy the car.
As far as the dealership I liked that they worked fast and didn't have me waiting at a desk by myself for long periods of time like other dealers. I feel they gave me a fair deal and seem more than willing to meet all my future needs. I also didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase.

Bill was awesome to work with! He was professional through the whole process. I would definitely buy another car from him. However, Scott the finance person was an absolute nightmare. He was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have had the unfortunate experience to have to deal with.

Just bought a truck from them today, but Bill is the only reasons this review is a 4 star, I called in to see if the car was available, Bill filled it up and had to ready for a test drive the second I was in property. He was helpful and made the process quick and painless. Yet, the guy in charge of finance was awful, Scott was unnecessarily rude to Bill and my mom. My mom turned down the extended warranty and Bill didn't push anymore for it. But Scott proceeded to undermine Bill, and in the polite way told my mom to "Shut up and let me talk it's quicker" when she told him we didn't want the extended warranty. Shortly after, Scott went straight to who I believe was the Sales Manager and started to complain about Bill in front of me and other customers. Long story short, if you go ask for Bill

I found a low mileage 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee offered for sale online. The dealer responded to my online inquiry immediately. Based on a visit to see the truck and talking with my salesman, Matt Van Ingen, I made a deposit and away we went. Great price with no haggling, which I knew because I have been looking for this vehicle for some time. Matt helped me title the truck jointly as I wanted and also helped me get the Mopar Max Care warranty I needed. They detailed the truck nicely and made all the paperwork as well as vehicle delivery/pick up easy. Pinckney Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram is a great small-town dealer, which I like. Matt Van Ingen is an outstanding salesman. Highly recommend.

Such an awesome experience all around. My husband and I spent four days and looked at an upwards of 50 Dodge Durango’s before we came across Pinckney. Matthew was incredibly patient, understanding and knowledgeable. We will definitely be repeat customers and plan to refer anyone in need of a new vehicle

I bought a car from them. They filled out my loan paperwork wrong so I filled it out and signed once and had to do it again because they got my address wrong which I caught. Now I’m trying to pay my car loan and they put my birthdate in wrong and now I have to submit new paperwork to get my birthday fixed. After spending a lot of money on a new car there was no gas in the car and the tech features of my car they couldn’t share with me because it was a used ford. They told me to go to a ford dealer to have them help me with setting up my phone and learn the features of the car. After calling ford they are charging me $200 to teach me the features of my car. Beware of this dealership. They do the bare bones.

I've been going to this dealership for service on my Dodge Charger for over 3 years, and I bought a Jeep yesterday with the help of a very knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful salesman, named Bill.
He wasn't pushy at ALL, and helped me with all the info I needed for me to make a very good informed, and happy decision about my purchase.
The reason for 4/5 stars has nothing to do with Bill. He was great!
The finance guy (manager?) I'm not sure what his name is. He was very pushy! He showed me 3 options with payments. I chose the one without the extended warranties, as that's something my husband and I had discussed previously. He questioned me as to why I'm declining. "Do you take care of, and service these issues on your vehicle yourself? I don't know why you'd refuse one of these options for warranties, care of your vehicle, and so on."
I told him again which option I'd like (same as the 1st time), and he stood up (I swear this guy is like 7 feet tall), and said "you seem like you're pissed off. I'm not sure why that is. I've given you fair options to choose from." I told him "yes, you did, but you're also not respectful of my answer, and I don't need to explain my reasons to you at all. I've told you 3x now what option I've chosen, and you've been disrespectful and dismissive of it all 3 times. THAT'S why I'm pissed. THIS (handing him the paper with my chosen option) is what I want. I'd appreciate if you'd write up the paperwork for that, please, and thank you."
He walked away to his office. No apology given for his behavior.
Bill, who had only caught the last part of the conversation, was more than just apologetic for his coworkers attitude, he was remorseful.
So, I ended up buying a beautiful dark red JGC L Laredo, and so far, I'm very happy with my decision.
Thank you, Bill, for all of your patience and help. Very much appreciated, and I'll definitely refer you to friends and family for future purchases. I hope you have a great summer!

Pinckney was worth the drive. Brian Carruthers was great. Buying experience that was gimmick, pressure free. You dealt with 1 person, not 2-3 trying to pressure you. Their approach is different than most experiences I've had. It will be my first stop when it's time to purchase again.
