Tim and Renee were awesome and have helped me buy/sell four homes and rent two in less than two years. I first met Renee at an open house during early snowy 2019 and was looking for a place on the water. Within days, they showed me two homes on the Huron River that fit my needs and we purchased one in March 2019 as our home. They helped us sell our current house on Whispering Pines Golf Course second hole. In early 2020, I cashed out of the stock market and started a self-directed IRA, LLC. We worked again with Lady of the Lakes and purchased two more homes on Portage Lake canals and they also helped me rent them out in less than a month from listing. Great help from Tim, Renee, and Sylvie, thanks....AW

I bought my house with Renee two years ago and when we decided to move recently there was no doubt about using Renee to list my house and find us the right one. She provides excellent assistance, no pressure, full of knowledge, and she makes the buying and selling process fun and exciting!!

Unfortunately I cannot give a rating below 1 star but if I could, you bet I would. A few years ago, my ex husband and I had to sell our home as terms of our divorce. This agency advertised that they specialized in short sales and being that they were local, we thought we'd give it a shot. The inital consultation went well, we signed the contract and delivered all of the necessary paperwork, including our decree. Having never sold a home before, Renee went over what to expect. She specifically told us that they would ALWAYS give a 24 hour notice prior to any showing . We didn't ask for this - they offered it up.
A few weeks later, their agent, Candy called me at work and told me that she had an interested buyer who wanted to see the house right then. I relayed what Renee had told me about a notice and she began with the high pressure pitch. She said that if the buyer couldn't view it that day, they weren't interested. I didn't cave.
The next day , she called again and asked to schedule a showing for Saturday morning at 10 which we agreed to. I was getting my child ready that morning when I noticed a couple cars parked on the street. It was only 9am so I didn't think it could be Candy and the buyer. A couple minutes later, the was a single knock at the door. Before I could even make it downstairs, she was already opening the door. She seemed unfazed when I told her that it wasn't even 9:15 and that the appointment was at 10. She didn't apologize but said that they would wait in their cars, then asked how long I would be. I was aggravated at this point but told her that we could be out in 15 minutes. She then proceeded to bring the buyer out to browse the property. As I walked across my livingroom, I saw people peeking into my windows, poking around my backyard. My child was mortified and I was floored with the lack of professionalism from this woman who claimed to be an experienced agent. As I left the house, I called her over and had a few very curt words with her. I mentioned this to Renee later and got a luke warm apology.
Also, during this whole process they lost our divorce decree three times and we had to keep bringing them another copy. Unreal.
About a month after the house waa listed, they drastically dropped the price - by about 25%. This drew in a buyer however the bank has to approve the price, which they did not and pushed it back up to the original asking price. When a buyer was finally secured, they dropped a bomb on us by saying that we had to pay a fee of $3000 or something to rhe bank. No warning, no explanation as to what the fee was for . Simply put, we had to pay it. Clearly, these people are not experts in this area.
If the reviews posted are legit, then they must be doing something right but I'm sceptical. I would not recommend this agency based on their lack of professionalism. There obviously wasn't a great deal of money in this transaction but it didn't warrant this sloppy workmanship and poor treatment of clientele .
