Cashier was inept, wouldn't help with "digital coupons", and then rang up an item I didn't buy and ignored me when I brought it to her attention before paying!!! Then I had to review my receipt and wait around for a refund...what a joke!!!! Ongoing poor experiences are why I mostly shop at Aldi!

Clearance is becoming BAD JOKE, NIGHTMARE, in recent past paid. .75 cents for soft soap, NOW $1.11 difference of .36 cents, keoger misspelled ? on purpose INCREASING PRICES EVERYDAY. WHATS NEXT WERE TO EAT ? BUGS. PLEASE READ ALL PAST BAD REVIEWS, THERE ALL TRUE. AN GETTING WORSE. COST OF EVERYTHING IS SKY ROCKETING. WERE PAYING MORE, THERE PRODUCTS ARE GETTING SMALLER WITH HIGHER PRICES. GOT MAKE THAT PROFIT, FEEL SORRY FOR THE RELIABLE CASHIERS FEW AN FAR, IF YOUR LUCKY ONE OR 2 WILL BE WORKING IF YOU HAVE MUTIPLE ITEMS , ALSO FEEL SORRY FOR THE BAGGERS TOO. ITS BAD WHEN YOU SEE MANAGMENT WORKING AS CASHIER.

chain coupons help, but many mispriced items throughout. who wants to go to customer service to correct, where they either tell you we're not a bank or act like you're a theif for wanting the price on the shelf, that's why you picked it up in the first place.

The store is under renovation and difficult to locate items your looking for. A variety of items are not in stock at this time.

Unfortunately this is my only option for a grocery store close to my home. Obviously have the same issues as most with product, pricing etc. MGMT at this location seems to set an extremely poor example of what customer service should look like.

Went there tonight to do a shipt order which was 3 shop and deliver & they don’t know how to bag at all for 1, put meat in the same bag as produce & threw my groceries around in the cart like it didn’t matter , also the cashier was very rude and kept rolling her eyes (an older lady with black short hair) don’t recommend this store at all.

I understand that they are under construction, but honestly you have not been able to get fresh chicken from the deli at this Kroger's for 2 years! First they blamed it on covet and Staffing, I personally applied for a job at the Kroger's around 8 months ago. I obviously was not hired, they said because of my scheduling. I wanted to work mornings, any job, I'll let you draw your own conclusion on why I wasn't hired! Understaffing is the way to make money, Krogers open your Deli back up we want fresh not day old! Not pre sliced! Kroger's please get your Deli back up and running like a real grocery store should! Just my opinion anybody that's been to this Kroger's would agree with me I'm sure.

This store was clean, well organized and the shelves were stocked. My only complaint is that it did not have as big of a selection for somethings as the Brighton store. I like the atmosphere of the store better though.

Your delivery truck is the rudest person on the road. They have been delivering to the same address for weeks now. When delivering at 7 am, they leave their side "extremely bright" light on, shining every house, going very slow down the road. What are they doing, casing the neighborhood? Also, why can't they angle their truck, when dropping off the delivery, so they shine their "extremely bright" light on the house they're at, instead of shining brightly on MY HOME, especially my bedroom windows? That light should be angled downwards, so it is not bothersome to others. Try being aware of what you're doing and what adverse effects you may be causing on others. Also, this is a "dark sky" neighborhood. I would like to know why I was awoken at 7 am on a Sunday with a bright light shining my 2nd floor window? I am retired and should not be subjected to this torture!!! Please change your ways ? ?I will never order from you guys until you change this very annoying habit ?Try observing your delivery driver's habits for better customer service ?
