“Making a call for service on one of your home’s most essential/expensive pieces of equipment is slightly nerve wracking.. That being said I was completely put at ease after Luke (owner of Bramlett) serviced my furnace! He went through EVERY step to ensure where my problem was and to make sure I had heat! Luke was very down to earth and thorough, qualities that are essential to keeping life-time customers and running a successful small business. “This is a great hardware store - the kind every town should have. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful folks. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll know who does. I’m a big time DIYer, and maker of many things. This store has kept a project going or bailed me out when I was short that one part I needed. But they also have a gift side of their store that my wife absolutely loves - the only hardware store she loves to visit. And she takes her friends from out of town to shop there. Unusual kitchen products, nice selection of one of a kind gifts, unique mugs and toys. Worth a visit in this quaint downtown area.”

Andrew E helped me find the right battery and carried it out to my car for me (those things are heavy!). He went over the return policy with me and was very polite the whole time. “I showed up thinking they would point me in the right direction for the stripped out screw head for my oscillator. Instead they ended removing the stripped screw for me and helped me find a replacement. Even more grateful considering the employee cut himself in the process trying to get the old screw out.I felt the least I could do is right my first review ever and hope that his knuckles are feeling better. They definitely went way beyond what I was looking for. I can't recommend Ace hardware in Pinckney enough”
