Doug is amazing, very responsive and professional. They have literally replaced every floor in my house. When their business burned down I had 1 room left to do and Doug had already measured it, so we were their first customer when they opened the temporary storefront by Kroger.

I cannot recommend this company enough as I’ve had two very great experiences with Carpet Depot!
A few years back they installed carpet at my father’s house. The whole experience was a breeze, we even had them come back to recarpet a room (our puppies had a few too many accidents before they were fully potty-trained) and had no problem doing it even after it being a few years!
Just today I went in looking for carpet remnants for a project and they were patient and accommodating while I picked out some making sure I had enough and was within budget. The kind man even helped me load them up into my car, being ever so careful not to scratch anything!
I will definitely be back for any of my flooring/carpet needs!

Carpet Depot put flooring in my whole house and refinished my food flooring as well. I will say this in all honesty Carpet Depot is the BEST flooring company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It started with their sales team who were knowledgeable about everything and very professional. The owner himself Doug Hill came out to measure and give me an estimate and I will say this No one beat Carpet Depots prices. The installation of carpet and and refinishing of the existing wood floor was all done in one day and I will promise you in all my years of buying flooring over many years this was the best experience all around. Carpet Depot you guys are amazing and will forever have my business as well as all of my friends and family. Great job guys if I could give you 10 stars I would!! Give Carpet Depot a try you will not be disappointed..I promise!

We had a bunch of companies come out to give us a quote on our basement and they were by far the most reasonable for the best quality! They came out, and did an amazing job. We would recommend them to anyone!

We went to Carpet Depot and ask for an estimate, plus we went to the store to see the colors, feel, and availability of the manufactures products. I was recommended a brand based on pets and cleaning ability. Doug came out and measured then I selected Mohawk Smart Strand carpet for four rooms and closets. I'm a vintage person, so I've had many dealings with carpet installers and products. I can honestly tell you this was one of the best installs and product recommendation I've had in my life. From now on I will buy all of my flooring from Carpet Depot.

An excellent job, beautiful hardwood throughout our main floor. Taking up the old kitchen floor proved to be very time consuming, but they persevered, and overcame all the problems. Great attention to details, and they tidied up every evening so we could use the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Doug was personable and professional when helping me choose a carpet and when he came for the in-home measurements. The crew was exceptional and practiced covid protocols. They did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup, please recognized them for a job well done! Prices are fair. Thanks...I like supporting my local businesses and spreading the word to neighbors and friends.
