An exceptional owner, company, and experience. I had a water softener that was leaking, and was referred to Dan through a family member. Instead of jumping to a service call or trying to sell a whole new softener system like other companies I had contacted, Dan reviewed pictures I had sent him of the issue, and he gave me a few ideas to try to fix it myself. When I didn't have success, he immediately came out and took care of the repair at a very reasonable cost. Very honest, communicative, and thorough. He has my highest recommendation!

I highly recommend American Soft Water. Salt tank was filled with water, I searched you tube but did not find a fix although I pulled four plugs and cleaned out what I could, but Dan came and knew what to clean out and charged me a $140.00 service call and told me to monitor the water to see if the softener needs to be replaced. Plus that $140.00 is applicable to new softener if required.I had a different company out earlier and they simply gave me a quote for a new softener that was almost $1,000.00 more expensive then Dan.Dan took the time to clean out the orifice and get my softener back online. Granted it is old, the media might be wore out, and I might need a new softener but then again, I might not!Happy customer here!Sincerely,George

Dan, the owner, is exceptional. He is honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about water issues and systems. Dan was very professional and explained everything so I understood what I was buying and how to maintain it so it lasts.
