Joe tried to sell my 75 year old mother a jeep with no catalytic convertor. I believe that he thought that he could get away with it since the housing was there but the guts had been removed. when I questioned him about what work was being done to the jeep, because they had it in the garage working on it, he couldn't or wouldn't tell me. when I persisted he said that it need some minor repairs and would not say what those repairs were. after I questioned him more and informed him that my husband is a mechanic he did tell me that the guts were missing from the convertor but that they were not going to fix that. he said that it would be fine. what a creep. trying to scam an elderly lady. do not shop here. they are crooked.

Was quoted 6hrs to do a job that their sister dealership quoted me an hour and a half at most to do. I feel as though they were trying to rip me off. When I had questioned it, I was transferred to another employee that wouldn't answer their phone or even return my call. Buyers beware. This dealership can't be trusted. Go somewhere else. EDIT, WENT TO THE SPEEDO SHOP, IT TOOK THE GUY LITERALLY 15 MINUTES TO SWAP OUT MY CLUSTER THAT I WAS QUOTED 6HRS TO DO.

My appt was scheduled within a couple days of my call. Work on my car started at my scheduled time. Office personnel very nice.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They took my car in on time and the work was accomplished quickly. Everyone was kind and cooperative.

I love the atmosphere that is being cultivated here. I called the Marlette location about a vehicle but it was at the pigeon location. The salesperson was helpful and prompt and connected me with Joe Janssen who quickly got me scheduled and accommodated. I got an infinity qx60 and am very happy with the service and kindness that Joe provided and the way my contract was structured. This was my first solo vehicle purchase and I am thankful to have had Joe to walk me through the process.

Check engine light came on 5 miles after I left the dealer. Service was not done. No gas, washer fluid in the car and it was dirty when I picked it up.
