Calling them was a complete nightmare usually lasting hours trying to actually talk to someone and never getting the issues solved not to mention paying a ton of money every month! I called to get it set up and knew immediately how different it was since I was connected with a super friendly woman who gave me all the information I needed. Installation day the two guys came at the time I was told and were very professional and accommodating. I had to call for an issue we were having and was sent out quite promptly by a man who again knew the issue and how to solve it. I am so happy I switched and we are very very glad at our service and quickness of our internet! Highly recommend AVCI to anyone!
