10 Megabit speeds for $55, if you're lucky, and disconnects randomly throughout the day. Their towers are over-crowded, as well, which results in less performance and more money for them.Look into Satelite or 5g Internet from cellular providers before settling for Agrivalley. I'm sadly stuck with this until fiber is available in my area from other ISP's as it's my only option.

Avs is like the questionable boyfriend they're all right but sometimes they break down and promise they will get better they don't. (One year later) .AVS has proven they don't care about the quality of their service or their customers. The service spotty through out the entire day and crashes every couple hours. Customer service will say anything to get you off the phone and in the small chance they have someone come out to "fix it" they try and say ur stuff is broken and u need to buy some else that doesn't fix the problem but puts more money in their own pocket

Trying to stream a sporting event on TV with the best package available have had issues before because they have told me too many device ok so when I was streaming this I had issues and disconnected every device from the internet but the streaming device still having lag issues frequent buffering and just a total drop of service also I can see the tower right from my bedroom window but everytime I call and inquire they always say excellent to perfect connection on there end.... something isn't adding up somewhere love the company love how prompt they are in responding to my issues now if they would just solve them.

I switched Internet providers since we were having nothing but issues with Xfinity..lagging dropped service poor availability..you name we had it! Calling them was a complete nightmare usually lasting hours trying to actually talk to someone and never getting the issues solved not to mention paying a ton of money every month! We decided to choose avci and I'm really glad I did! I called to get it set up and knew immediately how different it was since I was connected with a super friendly woman who gave me all the information I needed. Installation day the two guys came at the time I was told and were very professional and accommodating. I had to call for an issue we were having and was sent out quite promptly by a man who again knew the issue and how to solve it. I am so happy I switched and we are very very glad at our service and quickness of our internet! Highly recommend AVCI to anyone! Thanks so much to them for such a pleasant experience and for receiving the service I expected!

For the past month at the time 2 am my wifi goes out and comes back like 5 minutes later, i get it if it’s couple occasions but for a month it’s been disconnecting at 2 am ,I pay my bills, and all my friends have this issue as well fix it please

Outages galore, they basically run their network at over max capacity before they get around to building more. Anytime we call they just shrug and say it'll be back on when they get to it. The billing department has the rudest woman working in there who refuses to answer questions about why they double charged us.35/3 for $100/mo is highway robbery especially when the national average is 100/10 for $70/mo (with a cable utility which has much more infrastructure to maintain), but of course they always got away with it because they were the only game in town. Not to mention Thumb Cellular (also way overpriced compared to other carriers) runs off of the same towers. The prices they charge should honestly be illegal. Now fiber is coming and offering 1000/1000 for the same price as their 35/3, which would've been considered "fast" in 1999. See ya!The owner also lives in Arizona, so this isn't as "local" of a company as they so adamantly claim.PS - there's a difference between your customers being "satisfied" which you respond to every negative review with, and just taking what they can get and not knowing any better. The fact is that you charge way more for way less than virtually every ISP, probably why you no longer display your prices on your website.

Agri-valley is AGGRAVATING!! LOSE CONNECTION CONSTANTLY! After complaining frequently, techs convinced me that a new $80.00 router would fix the problem. IT DID NOT! I think they do it on purpose and it's sickening.

3.6 star for this awful internet company. After hours is 530-830 p.m. funny though because this is the 2nd night now I’ve called early enough to receive a call back and nobody calls back. You call the support team during normal hours they tell you “our support team will look into it” worst internet company I’ve ever had. I come home and it’s out every single day. $100 for garbage. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! Wish I read the reviews before going with them. 0 star if it was an option!!

Had problems with my service dropping. Got ahold of tech voicemail, and shortly they returned my call. Tech Joel listened to me and kept me on the phone while he checked things out. He let me know it wasn’t my equipment it was there’s having issues. Also answered my questions about my modem. Very satisfying to have service like that.

My friend had before, told me good things but how come it takes well over a week to get connected. I live at 6502 Sheridan Line near Lexington Croswell. I had T Mobile for a week, crazy and bad company. Worst company ever, made Comcast Xfinity look charming

Install was great. Guys where super nice and quick. They even helped is set up our phones and TV. As an older generation that can be a little overwhelming but they made everything great. And it's super fast. Highly recommend
