After they admitted there was a “miscommunication”, I attempted to get them to make it right. The error they made wasn’t my fault and the driver also went over the 80% fill causing an amount owed when there shouldn’t have been one at all. What I wanted and what I got were two separate things. In addition, she hung up the phone on me. Awful customer service.

I've never had a problem with this company. Every time I call they schedule me, I leave the driver a check and my tank is filled. I haven't experienced any thing negative.

Worst customer service I've ever had with a corporation they're filing system is a joke they can barely keep records of what the salesman ordered compared to what the customer wanted. The company does what they want instead of what you asked for....
