I have my inhaler on auto refill and now have been waiting a week to get it refilled because they weren’t abled to refill it on time…. It’s been on auto refill for over a month now. My asthma is severe and I can’t skip a day let alone a week. Tried moving my inhaler to the other location in petoskey and same thing. Now I have to drive to Gaylord. Super disappointed and gonna look for a new pharmacy

Was just In there and witnessed the cashier being horribly rude to an very elderly gentleman who was having trouble with his card.

Medicine prices sky high at Walgreens. Compare with GoodRX to practically anywhere else. It is quite flagrantly over-high. I think we could put up with it or not notice it sooo much if their customer service was even close to decent.
You keep going there.. we will not.
Former note: This pharmacy is staffed by incompetents.. never seen any retail line move so slowly.
** The only good part of this pharmacy is the drive-thru. Those folks know their job.

The pharmacist and employees are friendly & hardworking. They are understaffed without a manager to assist them. This is why employees leave these stressful working conditions. The store manager should do their job and staff the store. The employees and customers pay the price. A big thank you to the working staff this holiday weekend. Store manager not so much.

Worst pharmacy experience in my life. Go somewhere else if you can. Not competent and they don't care. Transfer your prescriptions elsewhere. You'll be better off.

The last three times their they told me when my prescription was going to be done when I got there I had to come back again later. The last time the prescription was called in at 9 o’clock the day before I got there at 12:30 the next day And they told me to come back at two I got there at two and they told me it would be a couple more hours got on the highway five minutes later they sent me a text saying it was done. I turn around and go back wait in line And they can’t find the prescription.

08/04/2022 Arrived at 5:45 PM to pick up a perscription. There was a sign on the drive up window that they closed at 5 PM due to staffing isses. Make you call ahead if you need to pick up your perscription after 5 PM.

If you want to pick up a photo order but want to wait an hour for someone to actually walk over and help you, this is the place to go. An employee walked by me twice (at this point I was just seeing how long it would take her to realize I was waiting). After the 2nd pass by 'are u waiting for someone to help you??' Nah, I'm just hanging out.

It's Walgreens. Seen one; seen them all. The ultimate in cookie cutter general stores with a pharmacy. Been around forever. I can get large bottles of ibuprofen at Costco way cheaper. So there you have it. A professional review for free. What more can you ask for?
