If I could award zero stars I would. My doctor electronically sent a prescription to this Walgreens at 11AM yesterday, September 4. Doctor received confirmation at 11:25 the same day (my doctor's office send me a time stamped digital copy of the prescription order). I called Walgreens at 4PM to see if it was ready and was told they never got it. So my doctor called and spoke to the pharmacist this morning (Sept 5) to get it going. I called at 10AM and was told it would be ready at 11:07. I showed up at noon and it wasn't even in process. I called again about 30 minutes later and got a bunch of run around, it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for some time. I called about an hour later to talk to someone in the pharmacy; they hung up on me. I called at 2:15 and was told it was being processed; it would be ready in 90 minutes (3:45) and if I didn't hear from them to give them another call. I called at 4:25...same story. It'll be ready some time today. These people have a God complex, don't care if they lie so long as it suits their purposes. Never have I run into such a pathetic excuse for "professionals" supposedly entrusted with patient care.

Gave me excuses on why I couldn’t get my prescription when it wasn’t an issue last time. My doctor makes it to where I am supposed to get my meds before the 90 day mark. I was about to get it when my last appointment was even a day before my appointment. This lady then scolded me for it being “the busy season” like NOT ok!!!!! My prescription is for birth control!! Like this lady should not be allowed to be working there if that is how she talks to customers!!! I WILL BE CHANGING MY PHARMACY!!! And other people should do the same!!!! She laughed at me when I asked if I could get it right away and she laughed and scoffed saying “yeah, no it’s the busy season and it’ll be a few hours.” And on top of that my doctors office said that a lot of people have been having issues with Walgreens as well!! NOT OK!!!! Get better people working for you!!!!! ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️

Stopped to pick up a prescription, decided to update my vaccines, and wah lah! both done ! Super professional & sweet people!

Prescription NEVER done when the automated phone system commits to a refill time and I never ask for rush. Always late, always frustrated. Need to update time commitments through phone system. Commitments to customers are paramount - Walgreens take notice!

Pharmacy is very slow & unorganized. The wait time is horrible. After receiving calls from the pharmacy stating my RX is ready, I travel 45 mins to pick up, to be told it’s not ready. I tell them I will get it the following day. No sooner do I get back home and there’s a message stating that my Rx is ready and I have a few days to pick it up before it’s put back on the shelf! Also telephone etiquette is not great either.

Terrible coordination between pharmacy clerks, techs, and pharmacists. They insist you make an online appointment for your vaccine, then you get to wait an hour for the privilege. Pharmacist had the personality of a blob of putty, but did ask me to verify my birthdate. I suppose I had that going for me!

This particular pharmacy is really horrid. The staff are surly and mean, the pharmacist (if that's who she is--she was wearing a T-shirt, no name tag or lab coat) is worse. I have a medical condition that makes me irritable; what's their excuse? The pharmacy closes for lunch each day, but when the shutters are drawn and locked there is NO INDICATION of why this is, or whether and when they will return. The cranky pharmacist insisted she should have a lunch break, and I agree--but shutting down the pharmacy seems more for her convenience than the customers' needs. Is there no one else in the universe who can staff the pharmacy? The counter attendant was even crankier than her, and when I suggested she might consider asking a question she asks of every customer in unambiguous, correct language, she told me I do not need to shop there. They need management help and staff training in customer service--urgently.
