Very exceptional customer service. Nicole was so helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely be shopping here instead of Williams Sonoma for the excellent service that was provided.

Ciao Bella has an amazing selection of gifts and items at a level of quality you can't find anywhere else. Their store manager is always friendly and helpful and this shop is truly a treasure of downtown Petoskey.

The store is so very cute but do not be deceived by its charming looks and the way this store does business. They will kill you with kindness - and it will feel so good as you are strolling around charming Petoskey - but don't get lulled into the trap! We "almost" purchased items from them after visiting (we live near Boyne, so I don't want to be too explicit on the items), got a strange feeling on it after discussing the product and their policies, and thankfully bailed. We spoke with another couple who bought stuff and didn't have such good luck. We did end-up buying seasonal furniture on Restoration Hardware - a great value for the price - and that worked super well for us. We even had returns and it was simple and no stress. I think it might be very hard for stores like this one to compete against online stores like RH.com, the world is changing.....

Such a cute store in the heart of Downtown Petoskey. They have everything from cute table settings to stationary to candles to soaps to books to bathrobes to yes, even furniture and custom upholstery! When you walk in, its smells amazing! I just want to sit in the middle and do yoga, but I won't. Sales people are uber nice and you could literally walk around in that store for hours. Just a great little store! Not much else to say other than go visit. Perfect little store in the cute little downtown.
