Lucas was in the store when my wife dropped in to ask about upgrading her iPhone today. He was polite and answered all her questions. She left with a new phone all set up and ready to go. Lucas explained everything and was very proficient at his work. Valuable guy to have as an employee!

I went in to update my phone today at the Verizon store in north Petoskey and Parker was super helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He was also helping his co-worker and was able to multitask like a pro!!

Luke was alone in the store and yet was able to politely and efficiently answer the phone to help a (demanding) customer while still tending to his in-store customers. He seemed like an expert Verizon employee, but I discovered that he had only been working there for five months. A very impressive young man and a real asset to the store.

Parker was very knowledgeable answered all of our questions and knew exactly how to do everything. It was a great experience that we had put off because we were scared as we are pretty clueless when it comes to phones. We had galaxy 9 phones so that tells you how long we had put off getting new phones. But Parker knows everything and he was awesome.

Had a great experience with the team at Verizon this week. Very friendly and kind. My phone took a dunk in Lake MI. They were able to transfer everything to a new phone and send me on my way !
