After trying for 4 days to quecancel spectrum services I drove 40 miles to a spectrum store. After turning in all the equipment and requesting service cancelation I was told I would still be billed for the next month. This company is crooked and will continue to lose customers

Had a great experience there yesterday. Aaron was at our service, put some toons on for the kiddo, and got me and my fiancé set up with new equipment, mobile plans, and a new phone for me. Thanks for everything!!

I went in as a new customer and was sold a horribly useless phone. When I tried to exchange the phone, they wouldn't do it because of a small crack in the glass. The phone had just come out on the market and I didn't know covers weren't even available yet. It was a $300 Motorola and Spectrum could easily have taken care of me as a brand new customer.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! There seems to be a lack of knowledge with all their staff!! In store or on the phone nobody knows what's going on! Will never give my money to this company again!! They definitely know how to rip off their customers!!

Okay service but not the best stood waiting for assistance close to 30 minutes. Once I received help they were very courteous and helpful.

Constantly losing service! At this point they owe me money. I pay for a month of services and I have never gotten a full month of service! The worst!

The Spectrum Store in Petoskey, MI has HORRIBLE Customer Service. I have driven 40 miles 1 way to return my equipment 2 times, 1st time the store was closed on a Wednesday, my bad, I should have checked the hours. Drove back today, waited my turn and the guy REFUSED to take my equipment I was returning. Told me I had to take it to the UPS Store, which had a line out the door. I don't understand why the guy AT THE SPECTRUM STORE refused to accept the equipment I was returning. VERY FRUSTRATING! Needless I say I have yet to be able to return my equipment!

When changing out old modem for updated modem, the instructions label on return box said to drop off old one at any spectrum location.” Wife drove into Petoskey (half hour drive) then waited another half hour for Petoskey store to open, only to have store employees refuse to take the modem. Instead, they said she had to go to local UPS, to return. Why put return to store locations, only to have store refuse to take it back?
