After trying for 4 days to quecancel spectrum services I drove 40 miles to a spectrum store. After turning in all the equipment and requesting service cancelation I was told I would still be billed for the next month. This company is crooked and will continue to lose customers

Had a great experience there yesterday. Aaron was at our service, put some toons on for the kiddo, and got me and my fiancé set up with new equipment, mobile plans, and a new phone for me. Thanks for everything!!

Absolutely horrible customer service!! There seems to be a lack of knowledge with all their staff!! In store or on the phone nobody knows what's going on! Will never give my money to this company again!! They definitely know how to rip off their customers!!
