Went there today to donate a retro couch that I recently bought there for $50. We just bought a new couch so we went to re-donate and I believe the manager a blonde lady the same one when we bought it said oh wow we just put that out, was extremely rude and said I can’t take that and then said fine unload it, and then changed her mind again. She was very rude and clearly they don’t know the worth of items, and I said I will just sell it on marketplace and said yeah do that and closed the door. Poor customer service and horrible attitude. She also had the same couch behind her in yellow. She said “$10 couch all day”We have a receipt that we bought it for $50 from her. I will gladly take this 1976 mid century modern couch to someone who will make a profit.Very disappointed since we were trying to donate to be kind.

I like thrift stores so visiting the store and finding something I need or want is always fun and sometimes they have great deals I know some will disagree and everyone is allowed to have their own opinion and yes the store hours are not correct but I'm sure it can easily be fixed. The only complaint I have is the delivery price I don't live far from the thrift store but hey it is what it is and if you don't want them delivering your purchases ask a friend or family I'm sure they'll be happy to help.

I love this thrift store. It has maintained economical pricing that benefits the low-income demographic in our community. While other thrift stores in the area have raised prices to exceed the prices you could find the same items brand new in regular stores while claiming to benefit poor and underprivileged populations, Salvation Army Thrift Store has maintained their integrity in pricing to truly represent their initiatives.Providing low-cost reading materials for the underprivileged should be a priority to any secondhand store that claims to benefit underprivileged populations.Salvation Army maintains this necessity by offering . 99 cent books. The store maintains consistent, year round, weekday based posted hours so that I always know when the store will be open. No guess-work or wasted drives. For these reasons, I choose to support this thrift store as the #1 thrift store in the local area to spend my money.

Just had an argument with another customer outside in the parking lot because before, you could park 2 lines in the middle. He argued there was only one line to park in the middle. Someone needs to do something about the parking lot. 2 cars just left due to no parking as well.

Hours are very frustrating. I called ahead of time. The hours state they are open until 5pm. This is the 2nd time I drove all the way over to find out they were closed. I get be short handed. Perhaps changing your hours on your machine and or the internet could help some of us of multiple wasted trips. Thanks

Whoever organizes and arranges the displays at the store, does fabulous job! Applause For this person. It’s a little like a gift shop, but with thrift store prices. Prices are reasonable, and they have a lot of stuff

If you’re going to be closed Monday please update your hours online along with your sign. Some people drive a long way to get here and it’s irritating that you couldn’t bother to be open for us.
