Their customer service could use some work. When I dropped my ring off to get sized a blond woman, I would say mid 40’s, helped me. She was not friendly at all. I asked a few questions about the process and some questions about getting the value of the ring. She clearly didn’t want to answer any questions. She was very snoody and stuck up. I got the impression she thought I wasn’t good enough to be in that store and my questions were wasting her time. I thought I hope she’s not working when I pick it up. I picked it up a couple days ago and to my relief she was not there. A woman with brown hair, mid 30’s, helped me. I walked in and she just stood there. No hi or welcome, nothing. I said I’m here to pick up a ring. Well it seems the older blond woman must of trained her. Same snooty attitude. I asked about a necklace I liked. She showed me and again seemed like she felt I was wasting her time. So I just stood there quietly until she was done. I do think she may have noticed I upset and tried to be nice at the end of the transaction however her being “nice” sounded very condescending. I didn’t realize it was, I believe, $260.00 to have it made one size smaller. After checking around that was the most expensive place. That was my fault. I should of asked before it was done. I just never in my wildest dreams thought it would be that much. So not only did I get bad service I also paid way to much for the service. I would not recommend this jewelry store at all. If the 2 women would of been nice and not act like they were auditioning for a Mean Girls sequel, Older, bigger and meaner paying so much for the sizing wouldn’t of been so bad. I do hope someone sees this and has a talk with these 2 women.

Absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a better price and quality.
The ring was originally 8½ and given to me by my grandmother. I had it sized down to a 5½ to fit me and they went above and beyond. It looks so beautiful!
10/10 recommend!!!

I needed to have two pearl necklaces restrung with new clasps, and purchase matching earrings for one of the necklaces. Josh helped me select the earrings and new clasps, and made a recommendation for restringing the pearls - while still being mindful of my budget! He was so friendly and patient in answering my questions. I like to shop locally and know I can trust Reusch for quality jewelry and excellent service.
