This is just UNACCEPTABLE medical behavior. UNBELIEVBLE*** what is one to do when they are in a desperate medical situation…the primary physician can’t even get a human to talk to….McLaren already LOST the blood samples they took from me August 31st. Not a real location! Must be by appointment and they drive to you or something even website says no location in petoskey! Plus no one answered the phone ever! Not useful should be removed from google!

Wow! how frustrating. I am a physician and I can't get anyone to answer my call. I am not sure if Quest has gone out of business in Petoskey? no one at the Petoskey Location. I would hope they would be clear if they are closed or still in business.

Good luck getting an appointment here! They don't answer their phone for appointments, their automated appointment line doesn't recognize this this location (the nearest location is recognizes is Cadillac), and neither does their website appointment function. Labcorp is further away but at least I can get an appointment.

I too am frustrated with this scheduling process. Same complaint as others with only being directed to Cadillac location. No one to speak to, just get stuck in another automated phone process. Why is this so messed up?! I’d give a zero star but that’s not an option.

Automatic scheduling system?!? What system! tried to make an appointment, but could not get through because the "system would not put me through! Went on line to try and Petoskey was never an option, directed me to Cadillac , which is an hour and a half one way away. Called and no one would return my call! Extremely frustrating! What do I have to do to make an appointment?

The automated scheduling system is horrible. Took 30 minutes just to get an appointment scheduled and it was very frustrating. I called later to confirm my appointment, and there is no way to confirm or speak with a person. The hours are very limited. The check in process is also not great, with no receptionist, the neighboring business gets bothered by questions. 3 stars are for the Lab Tech, very friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you for making a bad experience much better.

Went in to do drug testing for a job. You sign in on a tablet and the TV gives you an idea of how long your wait will be. Process was quick and went smoothly.

I love going to Quest when I need blood work done. It is quick and easy and I have always encountered friendly people when I go there. I highly recommend going here.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience at this place, I went to request a laboratory service in the middle of a snow storm and walk in after 2:00 pm, the receptionist (not the lab receptionist the urgent care receptionist) asked me to sign in in a tablet and that someone will call me in a minute, introduced all my personal information and 1 hour and 30 minutes later I asked the same receptionist if someone was going to see me and the answer was that the laboratory employees already left :( really sad that they dont have a reliable system that tells you that there's someone in the waiting room requesting your services and you let that costumer down. 0 Stars.
