Great experience the manager Josh I think was super helpful with everything and agreed to change my oil even though he was headed to break, I came back today and he put in my air filter for me and was beyond kind.

The overall oil change experience here is on par. I appreciate the quick service; albeit it’s priced a bit on the high side. I definitely appreciate the free car wash that comes with each oil change. Need the guys working in the pit to take time to get excess oil off undercarriage of your car though. I had dripping on my driveway, causing me to return to make the filter was seated properly.

Got my oil changed here on December 20th and my car is now blown up December 27th. Highly do not recommend, my oil was only full because I purchased a 5 quart bottle myself and added it. Your using a code as a scape goat to not fix your mistakes

Gentleman who changed my oil went over everything thoroughly with me so that I understood what had been done and explained future issues I might have. When I had questions, he answered them in a way I'd understand 100% recommend and will be back!

I have always had a great experience at this business. The staff is very friendly and do a great job. While getting my oil changed, I had a tail light out also. They quickly changed it, and at a great price! Thank you

I was running a bit late and took a chance and went in for an oil change, although I only had 20 minutes before I was due at a meeting at a bank downtown, since I knew that I would be tied up for the rest of the day.They advertise as being a 10-Minute Oil Change, but Chris and Tyler were extremely efficient and completely serviced my car and changed the oil in even less time than that.My wife and I live in Cross Village and always use this location if we need an oil change and are in Petoskey or the area. The service is always great, but the service provided today by Chris and Tyler was exceptional.In addition to potential customers, I hope the owner of this oil change facility reads this review and give them the pat on the back they deserve.
