The true test of customer service isn’t when things go well, it’s when you have an issue. They showed up for delivery and were missing a part for the base. Gary and Juli, the owners made it right immediately and personally drove out the same day to make sure we were happy. Tori handled our sale, was delightful and helped us make the right choices.
