We bought a high end king mattress from mattress clearance warehouse. We love the mattress after sleeping on it last night. The true test of customer service isn’t when things go well, it’s when you have an issue. They showed up for delivery and were missing a part for the base. Gary and Juli, the owners made it right immediately and personally drove out the same day to make sure we were happy. Tori handled our sale, was delightful and helped us make the right choices. Would definitely recommend and do business with them again. These are good family people who run a good family business.

What fabulous service, products and delivery. We needed a quality king matress and set up quickly at an affordable price. Tory was the best - no pressure sales. Showed us the options. Relayed the timing and price. We were done in 16 minutes. Delivery the same day was on time and did a great job. Problem solved in 5 hours.. totally satisfied on price, quality, performantce. Could not have been better. Highly. Recommend!

Tori was an absolute delight to work with! We needed 4 mattresses and were working with a tight budget. They had a nice selection of really comfortable mattresses at great prices. We shopped around a little at other places in town and there was no other store with comparable mattresses at that price point. On top of finding great mattresses we were then able to have them conveniently delivered the next day for a reasonable fee. Tori has been communicative and helpful through the process, even when we made a last minute change on the size we wanted and texted her at 8pm on a holiday weekend! We're so glad we found the mattress clearance center, thank you Tori!

We had an amazing experience with Juli at Mattress Clearance Center of Northern Michigan! She was so great to work with and came into the showroom to meet us at a time that worked for our schedule. Not only are the mattresses priced right, but they are also extremely high quality and we have had amazing sleep since purchasing! Juli and her husband were incredibly kind and accommodating, delivering the mattress to our house in Charlevoix same day and helping to get it up the stairs. They were also able to accommodate removal and haul away of our previous mattress and box spring. We will continue to work with them for all of our future mattress needs!

We didn’t realize the store was by appointment only but we called and were set up to see the mattresses within an hour. We were able try the mattresses out and found two that fit our needs right away. They delivered our first mattress right away since it was in stock and then delivered the one that had to be ordered the next week with no charge! Excellent customer service and support.The quality of the mattresses is excellent and super comfy! I highly recommend!!

Unbelievable service!!! The owners are really knowledgeable and could not be nicer to work with. I bought a mattress and it was delivered the same day. They make it so easy. Tori was great!! Wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. If I could give 10 stars I would.

That was the best experience anyone could've asked for and so much more. They truly went out of their way to make sure I received a wonderful mattress. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for them and my experience with them. I highly recommend everyone to check it out, you'll be missing out if you don't. Super experience with Juli. We had one day to get a mattress, have it delivered, and have the d one taken away. She made it so smooth for us so we could head back home the same day. Highly recommend.

Very high on their mattresses Tori kept pushing me to run my credit so they could sell me a 6000.00 mattress that I found out is only a 1,800 mattress so disappointed not a discount mattress store lol
