Very compassionate and knowledgeable , and they don't try to force you to buy your animals prescription drugs from them, that's probably why their prices are very competitive with the drug stores. Nothing at all like my experiences from Jordan valley veterinarians. Thank you Jensen's animal hospital, for putting the animals over your profits

The wait wasn't long at all. They had a quick diagnosis and took care of our needs though I thought they'd want to spend more time with my Animal to see what else could possibly be wrong with her. But alas. My furbaby is all better

I wish I could give Jensen’s 10 stars! We are new to the area and were looking for a great vet to get established with while also getting some orthopedic issues figured out with our oldest dog. From the moment we walked in for both appointments, until we left, everyone was phenomenal! We were privileged enough to work with Dr. Bair and Dr. Warnemuende, both absolutely fantastic and thorough. They were very accommodating to our older dog, even though she can be very difficult in a vet setting. Of all the vets we have worked with over the years due to military life, this has by far been the most pleasant experiences we have had. Thank you from us, Piper, and Kino! We couldn’t appreciate you more!

Today our best friend Bauer passed. He was in pain but Jensen’s helped us (my wife and I and our 5 kids) spend some special final moments with him. They treated us and Bauer so gently and sweetly.This is so hard but I’m so glad we had a great vet. Thank you guys.

My girlfriend got her dog fixed here and was quoted $390 for the operation. After it was complete, they charged her an additional $50 fee for ancillary medication she had to get during the procedure. That brings the total up to $440 when another vet in the area did my dogs perfectly fine for $250 total. To quote a lower price than you charge is deliberately misleading and I will be contacting the better business bureau about this.

I was referred to this place because my dog had a torn CCL. Everything was going as expected until it was time to leave. My dog is about 100 pounds, he is 10+ years old, he has a torn CCL, and arthritis in his front leg, all of which was discovered at this office during this visit. They took him into a room to be sedated, totally fine, but instead of allowing him time to wake up, and get his bearings, they drug him down the hallway. I walked out after talking to the vet, which was a matter of minutes, to see this girl dragging him across the floor, while he is trying to stand up, half asleep, on a slippery floor. Are you trying to injure him even more? I then get to the door to pay and he starts having this "seizure" type thing because he is so out of it. Common sense would tell you that a dog with this type of injury, at this age, would require, and DESERVES time and care. I didn't go back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. #absolutedisgrace

I have a crazy dog. I've had 2 emergency visits and one emergency surgery in under the past 12 months. Jensens is the best. They are all concerned and empathetic (truly care). I totally recommend them to anyone with animals... I also recommend pet insurance! Haha

It’s hard to put it all into words, but we had a excellent experience with everyone at Jensen’s. From first contact to final contact, it was a difficult situation for us, and everyone at Jensens handled it with compassion and professionalism. Fortunately, for us with a happy ending.

We had an emergency situation with my sister’s dog this past Friday after a dead tree fell and hit him fracturing his skull. I called Jensen’s panicked and they told me we could bring him right in. They were waiting for us at the door when we arrived and were able to immediately access and treat our sweet boy. Once stable they had us transfer to a 24 hour emergency vet in TC. They were wonderful and Oslo was able to go home the next morning and is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you staff at Jensens!

Dr. Warnemuende did an amazing job with our puppy and his ortho surgery. He explained everything in detail, spent time, and gave us reassurance during a tough time. We greatly appreciate it! They over medicated my dog twice, the second time she almost died. There is one vet who is very patient but overall it’s not a good place. Reception staff will not allow you to make an appointment if they don’t deem it’s worthy. If you try and advocate for yourself or disagree with their conclusion about your pets health and ask to make an appointment to talk to the vet about it, they will lie to the vet and say you are being rude. Very fragile egos here. There is at least one vet that is good and for sure one that isn’t. You may not get past the reception desk for the one that is good. If you want a place where you can dialogue, discuss and try to understand about options for your pet, and be heard about concerns with meds etc, don’t go here.
