Great store. If you are in need of any great brand boots and shoes- especially comfortable brands. Birkenstock, Keen, etc. this is your place. We had great personalized service which is hard to find these days and a great selection. Highly recommend!!

While browsing with a friend on old woman stood in the doorway staring us down as if waiting for us to shoplift. It was uncomfortable, disconcerting, not to mention rude and insulting. Actually downright creepy and obvious as to what she was there for. Time and again, an unpleasant experience and it's too bad because they do have a wide selection of quality products. No wonder people are preferring to shop online.

If you ever go through Petoskey, I would recommend stopping in if you are in need of shoes. They have a huge variety of both women's and men's. I will say the customer service isn't always top notch and their "sale" are doesn't really feel like much of a sale, however, they sell great brand names of shoes, boots and slippers. They have a huge wall of any type of nice socks you might want and there is a small selection of clothing. I have heard complaints about the return policy, but I guess know before you buy.

BEWARE!!! NO REFUNDS. Got a pair of sandals and realized that they just don't fit as they should. Tried to return only to learn they don't do refunds. (Had I read the little piece of paper stapled to my receipt I suppose I would know this but still AFTER I already bought them.) Shoes have never been worn. Nothing preventing them from being resold. So not they have the shoes to resell, and my money and I have to spend a store credit at a store I never want to patronize again. Hope Zappos puts them out of business.

I went in here very excited to support a local business. I bought a pair of shoes and in getting home I decided that they just didn't fit right, and for $150 they needed to fit perfectly. When I tried to return 10 days later I discovered they don't do ANY refunds. Absolutely ridiculous. They have the merchandise in never worn, perfect condition to still sell AND they have my money. I will never shop here again. Order online. A small business that doesn't care to work with a customer should be put out of business by online stores with better customer service. DON'T SHOP HERE.

Very rude workers. They didn’t have my size in the color of shoe I wanted as soon as I said Id have to look somewhere else they were very rude. One of the snarky comments was “I should have never helped you”. So unprofessional and they weren’t even busy I was the only person in there.

Thank You!!! Helping my son recently still recovering from catastrophe accident, finding right shoe to fit foot brace!! Very helpful, friendly and even helped with the stretch needed!! Idk why Yelp only 2.4, 5 ? all the way! Thanks again ? Sure wish more stores had excellent service, seems Management has forgotten how important that is these days!?

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was treated terribly by two employees. When I asked for assistance in getting fitted they looked at me with disgust and told me they could not help me. They lost a customer for life.
