Bought a new iPhone 15, and the lady working had no idea what she was doing, she not only messed my phone up, but my mom’s as well. Said she “fixed it” and my phone is still broken. My phone has both of our numbers and my mom doesn’t have her number at all. I don’t normally like to complain about any employee but this was actually unacceptable. And the fact I got charged 25 dollars for something they did wrong is just outrageous.

This store is often closed, although normal hours remain posted online and on the door.Listed phone number has no message - it simply disconnects your call.Reading reviews, it's clear I'm not the only customer who has experienced these random closures. I planned to purchase a new phone on my visit. I wonder how much money this store loses through failure to maintain consistent business hours...

Showed up to get a case and screen protector and another attachment for my car guy deliberately shuts off the open sign and sits on his phone taking selfies another guy shows up 10:10 still no sign on. I drove over 30 minutes to get here and now I'm driving back because I will not buy anything from this place

Giving a 3 in petoskey Michigan. Had to pay bill. Was looking for newer phone.. The customer service in the just seemed like he was trying to talk me out of it.. Well saved me the money to look other places, I guess

Company only provides for minimal service on site. Need more help. I love cricket because I find that it works where AT&T, Verizon and T Mobile don't plus it's affordable. No hidden charges. Would recommend to anyone. Stores are mostly just places to buy phones.

Horrible just horrible!!! I found out the employee I thought so much of was doing some shady stuff. He no longer works for them. But, instead of being helpful they were complete jerks!! I switched service as soon as I could.
