Stephanie stepped in and was able to help with our multiple policies we have had with firm for years and keeping them not only up to date but also at the best rates. She is very thorough with her explanations, making sure that I understood options available. I feel our family's future is safe in her hands! Highly recommend.

They are personable and get things done efficiently and quickly. I've been with this office for over 25 years. Any claims I've had were taken care of in an expedited manner. Even though SF can cost more than other companies, I have peace of mind if/when something does happen, they have my back.

BIG FAT 0 STAR BIG FAT 0 STAR Would rate this place 0 star if I could. Unacceptable Business practices. Asked them to change policy to include glass coverage (comprehensive) on vehicles when adding a new vehicle to policy. Instead they only put comp on the oldest vehicle which is 8 years older and is less valuable. Anyway, had no comp on vehicle when hit a deer. Called them to straighten this out but instead they covered up their mistake and told me I only said to put comp on the oldest vehicle..hmmm. im not the smartest person on earth but common sense should come into play here. Why the H would anyone have more coverage on a less valuable car? Then went on to say I told them to put comp on only the oldest vehicle. The worker was eating mancinos when I was in the office and started my paper work then decided to have a other employee take over what he started. Obviously if he wasnt eating his lunch he shouldn't of started the paperwork and maybe it could have been done correcty! TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE

They employees have always been great. They assist with any and all questions. Their rates got to be ridiculously high. After having insurance with them through the years you figure that it would drop, but the rates would keep jumping more and more. I had to end up switching to another insurance company to save almost 100 a month for the same coverage. I will still miss the employees that work at the office though.

Feel like we pay to much,don't know how good they are at responding to claims or anything that goes along with claims because we never made a claim for anything,which brings me back to why I think we pay to much,gave them thousands of dollars over the years so they can sponser nascar and have a bunch of commercials on tv.
