after a terrible issue. i went back to try and put it behind me and still make a deal...never the less that was a bad idea. the salesman (brad hall) after what happened his demeanor changed not in a good way i tried to go back not once, not twice, but three times and still being told i would get ten day and still didnt keep his end,brad tried to be slick about the ordeal. i'm fed up!! the people that highly recommended i come to brown motors i couldnt stress how bad the situation was to them. i tried being the bigger person an still. even though brad said to me after the issue the dealership wasn't like that and they wanted to fix things..that was all a lie i dont recommended anyone go here period i will also share this in social media, friends, family, ect..don't go here. they can't be trusted!! i hope the president ( mr. j. steven brown) & ( derreck m. brown) co owner of brown motors like losing money, loyal customers. i also hope the dealership like losing thousands of dollars on inventory that doesn't sell.

Very helpful and awesome salesman and finance guy. We desperately needed a car, and they both worked so hard and didn't give up on us until they got us in something that we loved. Great experience and loving our new Jeep! Thank you so much, so appreciative! We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Absolutely poor customer service. I took my F150 in to review a paint defect. My appointment was with Dan Shuten 9:50am on 1-23-24. I arrived and the man behind the service desk came out and looked at my concern. He took pictures and said I would hear Ford's response early next week from the dealer. 2 weeks went by and still no answer from Brown Motors. I then called and the lady that took the call after putting me on hold for 10 minutes came back to the phone and told me the service personnel decided my car was not worth reviewing any further and to go to a dealer with a Body Shop. I told her I would of expected a call rather than me chasing this information. Very rude.

I happened to go along with a relative & I was very impressed with people who work there. They were the nicest people I had ever seen in a business. Especially Willis & Jason. They were so helpful & kind.The frosting on the cake was the greeter, a beautiful sweet, well behaved dog, Dyson! He made the visit even better.They need even another dog or two! A person waiting can watch TV, or read, but Dyson really makes the time fly.Thank you.....Willis, Jason & Dyson!

Brought my vehicle here for emergency service while on a road trip. Nothing major, just wanted to have the check engine light diagnosed. They wouldn't even talk to me about it. Instead the customer service person offered me the number to Enterprise rent-a-car and told me it would be a week before they could get it in due to them having to disinfect it, etc. Ended up leaving and making it back home. The dealership I normally use serviced my car the very next day without giving me any of the excuses I was given here. Maybe consider removing the Lincoln logo off the front of your building?
