Not welcoming at all. Prices way to high. Will not return. One person tells ten people. Ten people tell 100 people… and on it goes. Work on your friendliness. It would help.

The women running this shop are the rudest and most unwelcoming folks I've ever encountered. I have come in here several times , wallet in hand based on other reviews , but instead of being greeted I have been followed , sneered at , yelled at from the other room , and today was told the item I wanted to purchase wasn't for sale ?! Just a cold cold atmosphere , outrageous prices , and unnecessary treatment.

Outraged. Ive been on the search for books from the Left Behind series and stopped into this shop to see what they had. While inside my girlfriend at some point fixed her coat by pulling it more around her. While attempting to leave the store after looking around we were blocked from leaving by the lady at the cash register who had positioned herself in front of the door with a long plastic rod in her hands, and asked us if we had anything of hers in our pockets, to which we both answered no, kind of chocked by the lady, and she proceeded to question us, asking if were sure and that she saw my girlfriend fix her coat and was pretty sure she took something, at which point we went to the cash register counter, and further proceeded to empty everything from our pockets, to which the lady KEPT asking us, "Are you sure you didnt take anything?"The lady did not ask anybody else in the store or anything, did not say anything to anybody, and this is after the lady had followed us through the shop. All in all i am deeply outraged and offended by this lady who i assume to be the owner. I reccomend NOT going here. There are many other resale shops and things you could go to to be treated kindly and get fair prices and good items such as the Goodwill, Salvation army, New beginnings, theres also a resale shop nearby that benefits veterans and active soldiers.

Nice outing with my mother quickly became a dreadful nightmare upon entering this establishment. The employees kept their eyes on us like we were thieves. When i arrived to the checkout, i had not realized how expensive the shirt was. I said to the woman i could not afford the shirt after she rang it up, she said nothing to me. As i walked out she scoffed at me and began gossiping to her fellow co beside her. Those women need a reality check!!

The lady ( owner?) working the counter was not the least bit welcoming or friendly. Immediately felt like I wasn't welcome. I've owned a similar retail store, for years and would never consider being flat out COLD to my patrons. Shame on them. I had $ to spend. But not there!!! They get one star for the poor souls who consign with this establishment. They represent you poorly. I won't shop there again. My excursions are supposed to be fun... Not UNCOMFORTABLE! Sad. Cute shop. Ugly attitudes.

4/22/22 Nice clean store. But the lady working there wasn't very friendly or inviting. In fact rather uncomfortable to shop around. But...when someone spent big money... the fake friendly high voice turned right on. I've owned a retail shop for years. Not a good representation of their store. Prices were okay on some things.

Disappointed in dealing with owner on consignment items. She seemed distrustful and was borderline rude when I tried to review status of items I believed I had taken there.

I love this store! Whether buying or selling I always get excellent service. If you see something you like you'd better not wait to buy later because there's a good chance it'll be gone. I don't understand the bad review because these ladies are honest and fair. I don't know why she thinks they are prejudice. It's just not true!!!

Very rude staff- unapproachable very eager to close the store well before closing time. Skip this store & buy retail- just for sanity sake.
