What a nice surprise! Had a slow leak in a tire and they repaired in 30 minutes, no charge! We’ve always bought our tires there but this was a great reminder about why we like Belle Tire.

We had tires rotated and balanced at Gaylord Belle tire, on the way home low pressure light came on, stopped at belle tire in petoskey and they said no problem with the tire just low air pressure in all four tires, they put proper air pressure in all four and solved the problem.

Long drive from Canada and along the way the tire started to deflate. We brought the car here and it was fixed in about an hour free of charge. We can’t begin to express how grateful we were that they accommodated us on such short notice at the end of the day, and did not charge us anything. Being on vacation and thinking we would have to waste a day getting a tire fixed we couldn’t have been more appreciative. Thank you!!

We had a flat tire on our truck while towing our 36’, 16,000# fifth wheel trailer. Changed the tire on the side of the road and drove almost 2 hours at 50 mph as the spare did not have the necessary inflation to get to Belle Tires in Big Rapids MI, which was the closest tire store.
The manager made room for us in the parking lot so we could unhook the fiver and get the truck into their service bay. Asst. manager Matt and Ben, the technician showed us much more courtesy and speed than we were accustomed to. No attempted upsell just prompt courteous service. Tire was repaired, spare returned to under the truck carrier and wheel and tire mounter back where it started.
As we travel extensively in our Rv, good service is very difficult to find as many businesses do not apparently see a need to take care of a customer they may never see again. That was not our experience at Belle Tires.
Out of five stars they rate a 10 from us. Quality, quick service and an extremely good value as they would not even allow us to pay for the tire repair or any of Ben’s work. We distributed a good amount of tips!

Seriously the best tire shop experience I’ve ever had. They squeezed me in right at closing time when I had issues with a trailer tire on a road trip, and Spencer took great care of my vehicle! He diagnosed my issue quickly and had me back on the road in no time. He also made sure to keep my vehicle clean while he performed his test drive. He is attentive and passionate about what he does, and I was truly blessed to have his help the other day. Don’t hesitate to stop here, they’ll take care of you!! Thanks again ?

Got a flat tire while visiting the area, stopped in at Belle. Corey and team provided excellent customer service. They got us back on the road in an incredibly reasonable amount of time and at a decent cost.

Our "Check tire" light came on in our car. We are not from the area and thought we'd try Belle Tire. They were able to inspect our tires right away, found we had a nail in one of them, and fixed it immediately. And at NO CHARGE! We were so pleasantly surprised and grateful. They were very friendly and professional too. Highly recommend.

I worked with Kyle to get a new set of tires and rims for one of my vehicles. Although it was a bit difficult to find the exact rims I wanted, he did it and with pleasure. He was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Got a flat two weeks ago and they had it fixed very quickly at no charge. Unfortunately, got another flat this week and had to get 4 all new tires because of it. Corey was great helping me choose the right tire for my application and walking me through each one. Jared was also great in assisting when picking my truck up and answering questions. Highly recommend them
