Thanks to Chuck and Jesse who moved our appointment up by two days. We had a death in the family and need to get downstate for the funeral. Weather is closing in and we are all set with new tires. Sure appreciate the consideration shown to us during a difficult time.

Could not have asked for more professional, friendly service. I had to make some last-minute changes to my drop-off/pick-up times, and they were very accommodating. They went through the bill with me without me even asking. The people who work here are exceptionally knowledgeable and go above and beyond with professionalism.

If you have a AWD Tesla and come here and need a tire replaced, and they try to tell you that you should replace all 4, tell them they don't know what they're talking about and to shove it some place unpleasant. The Tesla service manual specifically states it's only recommended to change in pairs (fronts or rears) unless there is less than a 2/32s difference in tread then you can even get away with just 1. They even put on my receipt that customer refused recommendation for all 4 when my fronts have plenty of tread left. They either don't know what they're talking about or they see a Tesla and go, ooooo, we can milk a couple extra tires outta them.
As a side note, if you come in with a damaged tire, they WILL NOT note the reason for tire replacement unless you specifically ask them to. So if you need documentation for a road hazard claim, be sure to get photos of your tire first and request at the time to get it notated by the shop, because they also won't do it after you leave.
Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is they got me in as a walk-in, even if it did take 2 hours, but in retrospec, I wish I'd just run with my spare until I got home to my preferred shop.
Edit: The professional reply from Belle I feel warrants upping to a 3.

If you need a quick tire repair due to a nail, and you are headed home after a lovely weekend, DO NOT STOP HERE. They dont care about helping you. Instead, go to Royal Tire, just down the road, as the DO want to help you!

Made an appointment for tires at 9 AM, arrived at 8:30. I was told 1.5 hours for the change. Then was called and told that the vehicle needed new brakes as well. I asked how long and was told that they would do this while the tires were being changed so only another hour. Meanwhile, it is 1 PM and I am still waiting for my vehicle, 4.5 hours later.

These guys were able to take me as a walk-in on a Saturday morning after I got a flat tire the night before. They patched my tire and got me back on the road within a couple hours, free of charge. Very nice and professional. Thanks for the help!

I called Belle Tire Petoskey to replace my two front tires after having a blowout. I did not have an appointment, but they fit me in promptly, replaced and balanced my front tires. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. Salesmen Joshua and Jessie, and technicians Eric and Jacob are fantastic. Thank you!

I have used Belle tire in the Ann Arbor area for years and always had great service. I needed new tires while vacationing in the Petoskey area and I was going to be traveling downstate and back up north so I decided not to wait til fall. I scheduled an appointment in Petoskey and told them a Costco quote I had and the tire size which is on the door. I went in for my appointment and after waiting they told me the tires they ordered were not the correct size. They didn’t order what I had told them so I made a trip over there the next day when they got the correct tires in. They inflated these Michelin tires to 45 lbs of pressure. The max is 50. HOWEVER, they should have been only inflated to the pressure indicated on the inside of the front door which says 33-35 lbs. On my way downstate my tire pressure lights went crazy because they were over inflated for that car. I ended up taking it into another Bell Tire where the pressure was corrected. NOT HAPPY with the Petoskey Belle Tire!!!!

While vacationing in Petoskey, our RV tires sprang a leak. The staff at Belle Tire took care of us quickly with such great customer service. Jesse fixed our issue while we waited. The interaction and quality service were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Just want to thank the team at Belle Tire in Petoskey. We're a UK couple who were road-tripping around Lake Michigan in an Enterprise rental Jeep from Chicago. We discovered a slow puncture, which caused us some anxiety until we pulled into the Enterprise depot at Petoskey and were directed to the local Belle Tire. They had us up and running again in less than an hour. No charge (to us at least) and they gave us the large nail that had been in the tire as a souvenir! Brilliant service and only sorry we won't be able to use them again (because it's a hell of a long way from the UK!!!).
