I can’t tell you how great this place is! Due to my poor decision, I have an interlock device installed in my car. I needed to get some things fixed on it and nobody in town would work on it unless I got it disconnected which is a daunting process. I spoke to Cam and he didn’t hesitate to offer help to me. They knew how to operate the interlock and it was no problem. Furthermore, they text you a list of everything needing to be fixed and he reviewed it with me over the phone. He told me what I needed and what could. I am always nervous that I’m being misled at mechanics but he is honest. The work was done same day and I was back on the road. Bonus is that his sweet doggie lets you live on her while you are there! I’d give ten stars if I could! Thank you CAM and your team.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Cam the owner was so helpful. We broke down on vacation and he was so helpful and understanding. He stayed late to get the car diagnosed so we could get back home. If I lived in the Petoskey area I would definitely be using Auto Service Specialist for all my car care needs.

So happy my friend recommended this place and I will now be doing the same! Everyone here was so kind, honest, quick, and helpful. The receptionist was especially helpful and reassuring. She totally calmed me down when I was so stressed about the sudden issue with my car. They made everything so easy too from the fix, the estimate, even invoicing. I knew almost exactly what I would pay before I even agreed on the fix. Luckily it was a quicker fix and my car was done within hours. Cannot recommend them enough!Service: Exhaust
