Kurt and his team are incredible to work with. Kurt has been working tirelessly to get my mothers Mullett Lake home sold. He spent several days helping my mother get organized and cleaning out her home/garage getting the lakefront home ready to sell. He lined up contractors to fix the deck, stain and a ton of other projects AND was able to keep an eye on them during my absence. He took several trips to the dumpster and Goodwill to get the home ready to sell. What service! I would recommend Kurt and Alpine Realty Group to ANYONE looking to sell. Service second to none!

The experience with Alpine is professional and thorough right from the beginning. The communication through out the process is amazing. I would highly recommend Dave Kline to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, and particularly to an 'out-of-town' buyer such as my husband and I. We grew up in Michigan and have always looked forward to purchasing a second home to eventually retire to in beautiful Northern Michigan. We currently live down state making searching for a home a weekend endeavor. We recently purchased a second home in northern Michigan and we worked with Dave Kline from Alpine Reality.From the very first time we talked to Dave we felt he was the right person to help us finding the perfect home for us. We were not set on any location in particular as long as the new home was "up north". Dave is very familiar with northern Michigan and what each area has offer, he made great suggestions on the areas we should focus. I have been visiting the Petosky area of Northern Michigan for almost 40 years, and always had an interest in buying a lakefront property but never acted on the impulse. Opportunity arose last year, and after visiting Café Sante several times, we started thinking about Boyne City. As an experienced real estate appraiser and broker, I have developed a keen sense of knowing what I don’t know.
