Still haven’t heard from them after 2 weeks of calling for the first time. The staff was short on the phone and didn’t have a timeframe at all for when they might come out to my house, let alone call me back with an appointment time. Cancelled with them and found a much better business to deal with.

Prompt delivery, friendly folks and competitive prices. Remember, propane prices fluctuate with the petroleum market so the per gallon delivered price can vary day by day. Propane prices are directly tied to it. Garst Propane has no control over that.

I have to give a shout out for these folks. Drove around SE Michigan in our RV in search of propane, the UHaul in Monroe was hanging a sign to say their tank equipment was broken down. A few phone calls later told us the Tractor Supply in Dundee could help. We got there to find that they lost their connector and couldn't hook up to our tank. More phone calls.....Then someone remembered Garst LP Gas. Call to them, "No Problem". We drove up and before we stopped the RV someone was out the door and heading to the tank. No looking, no guessing; quick, efficient, professional and more than reasonable. A lesson could be learned here.
