Took my truck in for an annual and an air leak that I couldn't find. #8300 and 3 weeks later I get my truck back. Didn't fix the air leak. They needed to order another part, they told me $50. They get the part in, charge me another $900 and the air leak is still not fixed. Avoid this place.

Went here for an alignment was handed a nearly $7,000 quote to what they call rebuild my entire suspension system because they said my suspension was all completely broken and it must be fixed in order to have an alignment on my 2016 kenworth t680 so I took my truck to an alignment shop in Chicago they checked everything and said my suspension is in good condition and did the alignment without issue and charged me $330 I asked the tech there to take a look at the quote from this place and he said theres no way I need all that work done and everything checks out okay and he has 30 years experience and does alignments for nearly 26 years. Moral of the story stay away this company will try to over charge and upsale you as soon as you walk through the door.

We had a truck with electrical issues (Volvo- lights staying ON all the time) and this shop helped us get it back on the road! They are really friendly people and more important, they are honest!! I highly recommend , it is still honest people somewhere - like Transfleet Service in Perry MI. I am driving a truck for 34 years - and I did not see in my life so good service and honest owner. I got a leaking air bag at the truck stop in Perry at 6 pm. I was sure no one is going to help me at the time .But I was wrong - one call to Transfleet service and short talk to the owner made my day happy. Even he was closed -but he ask me to come over. Maybe you are not going to believe me but after 30 minutes I was ready to go home. Thank you so much I am never to forget your help. And I wish you lots of success in your life and business.Greg.

I had a drive tire go flat on me out on the highway, I was able to get a plug in it and air, and limp it to Transfleet. They were very friendly and able to get me in right away. The shop supervisor came out right away and checked it out, said he would try to patch it otherwise we have a good used to pair up with the other tire. Thankfully they were able to patch the tire and get me going again. It was a very welcoming environment and the staff was great, and seemed to know what they were doing. I'm very thankful for there ability to get me in right away, and I would recommend them to anyone passing through Perry, thanks again!
