Owner was always rude making it an uncomfortable experiance. Yelled at my kids for bringing our dogs in late when I couldnt find parking. Appears that after she's had enough bad reviews, she changes her business name to get rid of old reviews.

The staff has always been extremely friendly. You can clearly tell they LOVE animals the second you walk in the door. They always make me feel my pet is their favorite. Their prices are the BEST around!

The staff at Pink Shear are always welcoming and professional. I know Bo is in good hands when I bring him in, they treat him like their own. Always a great experience.
