I made an appointment for a salesperson to come over and discuss and brainstorm the best placement for a freestanding wood stove in our home. From the very beginning, this man was very condescending and he laughed at me while I was telling him what we were looking for, which was just a freestanding wood stove in our home. He began explaining to me how I didn't know anything about them and was very demeaning towards me the entire time. He wanted to argue about weird things that I was not even looking to talk about. I kept trying to redirect him back to helping us decide a good placement for a stove, but his constant condescending attitude finally caused me to give up and ask him to leave. If I had to guess, I would say that he is used to dealing with men, and has a low opinion of women and their knowledge of anything. I would not recommend this company to other females.

They have done nothing but great things for me and my family They will work with you the best they can on cost ! I'm very happy with all the work that I have had them done for me ! I feel with the technical inspection and the running for parts , replacing parts, time into solving issues ,The cost is very reasonable! I feel give them a try you will be surprised they beat 90% of any prices out there and stand behind their products and warranties! Give them a try it can't hurt, You'll be surprised at what you will save in the long run of your project or projects you get into!
