The only reason I'm giving it a two out of five is because my trailer, which was a 2019 started sinking six months after I moved in, and that caused the trim inside to start falling off the walls. The newer trailers are cheaply built. They don't give the concrete enough time to settle before putting a new trailer on the lot. And they will surprise you by raising your rent every month. Mine went from $815 to $1400 in four years. Watch your back with these guys.
Upside, they have a pool and playground.

If you have a for protection dog don't bother! They have a breed restriction on huskys and every main breed! So unless it's only an ankle bite dog don't waste your time!

We've lived here for four years now. I do like living here. It's quiet and they're gradually tearing down all the dumpy looking trailers as people move out of them. My grandkids love to visit, especially in the summer when they can go swimming. They love the playground. The only complaint I have is that rent freaking goes up every year. When we first moved in in 2019, our rent was in the $700s (I don't remember exactly). Well in January (2024) it's going to be almost $900. And our income certainly hasn't been going up.And the people here are nice, except for one Karen who knocked on my door to gripe about one of my grandkids being "too little to be outside with these other kids". Sorry, lady, I'm a Gen-X. You're not going to convince me kids playing outside is a bad thing. Ever.

I used to live here several years ago, and I came to visit a friend recently. I am amazed at the difference in overall appearance of the park!! It appears very well maintained, and overall appears to be better managed due to lots being overall cleaner and better kept! It was a pleasure living here when I did, and it seems like it would be even better now!
