The stores pretty cool inside. The candles smell nice. The owner is not a very pleasant women. Don't ask about the dog that they used to have in there. It upsets her & she will yell at you for asking since her dog is "dead." She's clearly not a people person. Just beware when asking about the dog that they used to have in there.

Reminds me of a twisted Hansel & Grettal store - inviting to adults...with the Wicked Witch named "Karen" ready to pounce on your children for looking like they're touching with an unhealthy mistrust that everyone who enters is a shoplifter. ENTER AT OWN RISK! Forget inflation, you'll need an exorcism after shopping.

Owner doesn't trust anyone, instantly gives you the stink eye when walking in and has signs everywhere assuming each person walking in will shoplift. Considering her products are a bunch of useless knick knacks that you can find in any store at Pentwater it makes the atmosphere of the store unwelcoming.

Had an awful experience with the "owner" of this establishment. There was a table of candles that were displayed and I went to pick one up to smell one and got hot wax all over my face and down my entire body. She blew this candle out just before I picked it up and didn't take the candle away or let anyone know she had just put this candle out. The owner did not offer me assistance to wipe the hot wax off my face and body or ask if I was okay. She was worried about the wax that got on her pillows and told us that the store was closed and rudely slammed the door behind us. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the owner clearly does not know how to treat her customers.
