I have had meat processed by them a time before this last one, however the current cow that we had processed is such a disappointment! Every.single.piece has an issue, whether it be the vacuum seal is bad, freezer burned, ALL of the ground beef is brown on the outside (yes its all be frozen) from the packaging, ...etc. For how much money you spend, you would think before they let the product leave it would be checked before frozen.

I Had a deer butchered and processed there about 3 years ago. I had to throw most of it away. I wanted probably a 3rd of it in summer sausages, third breakfast sausage and some tenderloin and burger and steaks. The summer sausage was inedible. Just terrible! so salty and put in 2 foot long thick sticks. I've been doing this for 55 years, used to process my own in the UP, but getting to old. I was so disappointed. The seasoning should have been cut 50%! they must have dumped it all in..... much of the packaging was unmarked.... open up what you thought was burger and its breakfast sausage that wasn't any good anyway..... I'll NEVER go back there. they ruined my whole deer season..... and No, this is not my real name but the review is the truth...... They ruined my deer and my season!

Our pig Hamleta was butchered out perfectly! The packages are wonderful. Sealed tight and weight labeled. Cheddar bratwurst looks great. Thank you. And the place was so clean. ! Store and back area you could smell the cleaners. Gal up front was very nice and friendly! Would definitely use again and recommend!

Horrible. Where everyone is getting shut down because workers testing positive the cashier refuses to wear mask to protect us. I'm done buying there 10 year patron. Done w this business. Protect us older and wear a mask or shut down like harbor Springs family dollar. E-
