It stinks after never having an issue. The other day my friend and I had to get our prescription. Both of them were messed up. They gave her a pill she hasn’t taken in a year and they gave me the wrong prescription. One I’ve never heard of and or taken before. They told me mine was ready for over a week. Why tell me it was ready if you don’t have the correct prescription? I understand being understaffed. But I don’t understand not doing your job. This could cause some serious issues. I’m glad both my friends and I’s situation wasn’t serious. But my thought is what if it was? what if it was major and serious and they gave us the wrong thing? And made us pay for it… it’s not really safe.

Absolutely under no circumstance have your prescriptions sent to this pharmacy! We were told our prescriptions were done last night when they were called in so we went to pick them up and only half the prescription was done. The next day I get a call that our prescriptions are ready so an hour later we drive out that way and are told it is going to be 20 more minutes. 5 minutes later I’m on the phone with a pharmacist and after explaining the situation she said the scripts are ready. The incompetence is unfathomable. A prescription should not take over 16 hours to fill.

Worst and laziest pharmacy I have ever been to. Save the headache and go somewhere else. They don't call your doctor's office if told to do so, they don't return calls, emails or voicemails. Even talking to them on the phone is horrible. They need to take there nasty attitudes somewhere else, if you don't like your job then quit or at least don't be rude and take it out on the customers.

I would give zero stars if I could. Incompetent staff that has called me on multiple occasions to tell me a prescription is ready for pickup, only to arrive and find that it is not. Absolute joke.

Waited in line at the drive-through pharmacy for 30 minutes then waited at the window for a good 20 minutes. Still never got my prescription. Everyone just disappeared.

Went to go deposit money into my chime account there for the 1st time there was a old mean rude lady Name julie she dont know how to talk to customers when u hand her stuff she sets it in the counter to make u pick it up she dont know how to count she kept sorting my money got mad when she had to count it again idk why yall hire mean people like that not customer friendly

Walgreens will never get another dime of my money. Wasted 10 mins in store downloading their app, connecting to the "new rewards" only to circle between multiple apps. Finally shows me the coupons are clipped, go to pay none of it rings up and the employee could not care less or offer any assistance. You're not ripping me off $7 everything you sell is way overpriced to begin with. I definitely left and didn't purchase anything.

There is a convenience store/ photo shop on S. Kalamazoo St. in Paw Paw with a Walgreens sign out front that would be a great location to open a Pharmacy. Maybe keep some common medications in stock, communicate with customers, follow through on things. I always thought when my prescription was delayed I would eventually receive it. At Paw Paw Walgreens it gets delayed until it disappears into oblivion and you have to call and listen to some new excuse trying to explain why they have failed to deliver… again. If getting your meds in a timely fashion is important to you, go someplace else. If you’re hard up, patient, out of options, just looking for a greeting card, or always order everything at least sixty days ahead of time, maybe Paw Paw Walgreens can accommodate you… if you can just get them to answer the phone.FAILED

Pleasant store with good selection if you're looking for over-the-counter goods. Very, very slow and inefficient pharmacy department, whether you use the windows inside the store or the drive-up window. Good promotions, convenient location. Clean. Good bathrooms. Decent sized parking lot that usually has some open spots. Good location.

Today Walgreens lost a customer due to their neglectful service practices.I was 3rd in line at the drive thru pharmacy today at 1:30pm, when it was my turn, I pulled up to the window the pharmacist closed the shutters and put up the closed sign. I go inside only to discover the shutters there have been closed as well.Good thing my RX isnt something I need on a daily basis like some people. In my years of customer service your lunch doesnt start or your shift doesn't end until all customers have been waited on.Shame on Walgreens, they cleary don't care about getting their customers their RX. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I work at the BK right next to this place. When I need a snack or beverage, I hit this place up before my shift, or on my break, very convenient, the staff are always quick, and kind!
