Haven't checked prices anywhere else but the delivery driver was kind. I also got a courtesy call when there was confusion on payment and they scheduled the very next day. What a great crew.

Tappers propane and the staff have always been kind and helpful to me . Jodi in the office is alway cheerful and fast at helping with my needs. I give it 5 stars. I have recommended them to a few people and they are happy with Co. tappers is where I find fulfills all my propane needs. Thank you all tappers propane staff ! Satisfied customer all the way????

I see a lot of negative reviews for Tapper and I wanted to give them a push in the other direction. I've been a propane customer since I bought my house about 4 years ago. They have only ever been friendly and deliver propane in a very timely manner. Our driver today left me a nice note thanking me for shoveling near the tank. I've only had positive interactions and experiences with Tapper. A++ service.

Picked up tanks with no notice to property address only to prior owner. (Chicago)Picked up on a Friday so no way to contact them and no hot water or anything for the weekend. Thank god we didn’t have little kids ! Inexcusable

We have been with Tapper Propane I believe since they opened for business. Fast courteous service. Friendly customer service. I recommend them to everyone , I wont go anywhere else.

This company is a joke, on an auto-fill system and just ran out of propane for the 5th time or so this year... Jodie or whatever the office managers name is an absolute joke. She has no self awareness of what customer service is. Absolute JOKE. I would not recommend anyone to this company and I will NEVER use them going forward as I will be converting the rest of my house over to natural, asap.They are the most unprofessional company ive ever seen. Tapper is a joke and do not give this family any more money. Their automotive company also lies and robs people of their hard earned money and takes advantage of women when they can. Sleazy Employee's, Sleazy Business. Do not go to this company. Look at the other reviews on google. Strikingly similar across the board

I have called twice now just to get a previous receipt from a previous fill,I needed this for energy assistance due to the Covid 19 quarantine,this receipt being emailed to me is the only thing holding me up,I am a disabled Vietnam era veteran,and can't wait until the natural gas line is installed soon,then bye bye tapper propane wit your exorbitant priced and bad customer service.
