Amber at Tapper Ford was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to send a video of the vehicle inside and outside. Had everything ready on a Saturday for me to complete the transaction.

The service department definitely has gone downhill over the last year or so. I used to get email alerts to remind me of appointments I've made and those have stopped. Additionally, when I've dealt with other auto dealerships and had routine maintenance, I would get my car back washed. They don't do that here. Never have. They're friendly enough. It's just not quite as good as it used to be.
